So about a year ago before life went slightly of course I visited suburb #11 which was Hackett and then promptly even forgot to blog about it....so anyway here are at least the photos! So I can re-start my adventures again with #12 sometime soon.
More than 3,000 people live in Hackett which was established in 1960. As normal, I started my walk at the local shops....
It was a lovely pre-xmas Canberra evening....
I love the fabulous houses this suburb with their retro charm - so far they have survived here unlike in others inner north suburbs like Braddon.

I loved all the small touches of community in this suburb...
And it turned into such a gorgeous evening....with a smashing sunset and some unexpected Christmas light fun :)
